This video is an oldie-but-goodie. In honor of St. Patty's Day, I'm going to repost this news story from 2006 in Mobile, Alabama, where the residents claimed to have seen a Leprechaun.
The best theory on the Leprechaun? One woman claims: "It could be a crack head that got a-hold of the wrong stuff.. and it told him to get up in the tree and play a Leprechaun!!" She's probably right.
