This video was made by a guy named Casey Neistat who got a ticket for not riding his bike in a bike lane in New York City. Turns out, the 'crime' wasn't illegal and he shouldn't have been ticketed. However, he made a great little public service announcement about it that includes him hilariously falling off his bike/slamming into things that makes for some great entertainment.
