This video kind of annoys me. The concept is good, the idea was there, but the execution was obnoxious. And for some reason, the main guy seems really angry throughout. Anyway, check it out for yourselves and see if you would like this guy to teach you how to plank. (Also, I want to remind everyone that we've been playing the Lying Down Game since before this 'planking' phenomenon ever started).
