Lil Wayne ties the knot!

Looks like Lil Wayne and his gf Dhea officially tied the knot in a "Non-traditional wedding".  I don't really know what "Non-traditional" means...I'm assuming that he can sleep with other girls and get them pregnant and she's there to look pretty.  Seriously though, how hot is this girl?  PS Who is she?
