Bicycle Drug Deal

A man was recently stopped at 2:30am while riding his bike in South Pasadena for not having proper reflectors. Not only did this guy disobey the rules of the road - but he was also carrying 23lbs of marijuana in an Igloo cooler....whoopsies.
