Chris Brown's New Tattoo

Some are saying it's a picture of a beaten up woman.  Some are also saying it's a picture of a beaten up Rihanna.  Either way, it's not okay for anyone to think it's a picture of a beaten up anything.  WHY WOULD HE DO THIS.  What do you think it is?
