Lindsay Lohan Arrested......AGAIN.

Just when you thought Lindsay Lohan was doing well (kinda...), she gets arrested...AGAIN.  Homegirl was arrested around 2:30 AM after hitting a pedestrian and fleeing the scene in Manhattan.  Police say no alcohol was involved (congrats?).  Coast to coast - this girl loves getting arrested.  GET. IT. TOGETHER.
