Last night on SiriusXM's "Food Talk," Ja Rule, who was a guest alongside Guy Fieri and Bobby Flay (???), declared that he wanted to put out a cookbook full of his prison microwave recipes!

Ja Rule told the show's host that he can "cook anything and everything in the microwave." And you know what, I believe him. He noted that he is especially skilled in cooking microwaved lasagne and cheesecake.
