Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros just released a new music video for their single 'Man on Fire' from their new album, Here. 'Man on Fire' retains Edward Sharpe's characteristic bohemian sound, but chose to blend the song with raw footage of dance groups from New York in their video. Filmed over three days around NYC, double dutchers, cheerleaders, and even the New York City Ballet perform. It's an interesting idea, and I'm into the ending sequence with the NYC Ballet in an alley...but I'm not totally sold on this one. The images and the song don't compliment each other the way I want them to. Thoughts?
