Welcome to the internets. Where most of you spend countless hours during the week. We get paid to sit in front of the computer and pretend to do work, but really, we're finding out what Lindsay Lohan had for breakfast and googling awkward pictures of cats. Ja Rule: Master Chef?

Last night on SiriusXM's "Food Talk," Ja Rule, who was a guest alongside Guy Fieri and Bobby Flay (???), declared that he wanted to put out a cookbook full of his prison microwave recipes! 

Ja Rule told the show's host that he can "cook anything and everything in the microwave." And you know what, I believe him. He noted that he is especially skilled in cooking microwaved lasagne and cheesecake. 

Time to pre-order that shit!!
