By now you've probably heard of the Toronto Mayor, Rob Ford, who was caught smoking crack on video. If you haven't, read up (other notable instances: being thrown out of a hockey game for being too drunk, groping a female politician at a Jewish community group's fund-raiser and having to stop coaching a high school football team for a violent interaction with a player).
