19 tons of pot was recovered by an aircraft carrier group in the Pacific Ocean on Tuesday near the Mexican-California border.
Apparently, two single-engine boats were spotted dumping plastic bags into the water and escaped before any authorities could arrive. When they did arrive, they were able to recover 19 tons of the abandoned pot.
