Oh snaps.

Welcome to the internets. Where most of you spend countless hours during the week. We get paid to sit in front of the computer and pretend to do work, but really, we're finding out what Lindsay Lohan had for breakfast and googling awkward pictures of cats. Here's a toast (a blog toast because drinking is NOT allowed during work...) to all of you 40 hours a week craftsmen. Because let's be honest, we are all craftsmen. Do you know how hard it is to quickly exit a facebook browser?

Boat

So this morning, as I'm making coffee before work, I hear Daniel say from the living room, "someone shipwrecked in your yard."

"What are you talking about?" I say. Then I look outside the window and what do I see? A boat.

Someone had left a BOAT on our patio. We had a few friends over last night for some wine and appetizers and the next thing I know, there is a boat on the patio. As I ponder this, one thing comes to my mind: MERCADO.

Her and our friend Kareem were amongst the guests over last night and I knew from the moment I saw that boat that she was the one who left it.
Well, turns out, it was. As she and Kareem were leaving last night, they stumbled upon this boat and decided it'd be best placed on our patio. So now, we have a boat.

Keri's take on the boat? "We could paint WorkItLA.com on the side and float it around as a promotional piece."

That's a great idea. Be on the lookout for the WorkItLA boat floating around a marina near you!
