Welcome to the internets. Where most of you spend countless hours during the week. We get paid to sit in front of the computer and pretend to do work, but really, we're finding out what Lindsay Lohan had for breakfast and googling awkward pictures of cats. Happy 7th birthday! Get some new boobs will ya?!

A woman in England has given her daughter a $10,000 voucher for breast augmentation surgery for her seventh birthday.

She says,
"Poppy begged me for a boob job, so I gave her the voucher so she can have it after she's 16, when it's legal. If she develops naturally big boobs, she can have something else done with it."
The mother, who has had over $800,000 of plastic surgery herself, calls herself the "Human Barbie."  BARF!  What is this world coming to?
