You have probably read Corey's post on Sick Days. In case you were wondering...I took a sick day yesterday. I was hoping on catching up on errands, but it turned out to be more reminiscent of a party. After spending some time with some friends in Venice, we headed to La Cita for Mustache Mondays. Mustache Mondays is a Dance-Your-Little-Heart-Out party thrown every Monday. But what was special about last night?!!
DIPLO!!!! Critically acclaimed Diplo(if you like Girl Talk, you will LOVE Diplo) is known for his crazy remixes, his electronic masterism (not a word, but for being hungover, it's going to have to do). He's also known for dating MIA for a few years. He was AMAZING. He started of his set with Willow Smith's "Whip My Hair" which is automatic win in my book. This boy's got so much love for the hipsters. I was expecting to be out for only an hour and didn't end up going home until 2am and going to bed around 4am.
And now I sit at work, day dreaming about another case of the Mondays - Mustache Mondays, that is!
