Welcome to the internets. Where most of you spend countless hours during the week. We get paid to sit in front of the computer and pretend to do work, but really, we're finding out what Lindsay Lohan had for breakfast and googling awkward pictures of cats. Adele at the VMA's

Last night, Adele proved the true mark of her talent by standing on the VMA stage, the same stage that performers are known to provide lengthy and outrageous lip syncing performances, and simply sang her hit 'Someone Like You' with nothing but a microphone and a pianoman. What a refreshingly beautiful performance from a well deserved VMA Winner:
