Welcome to the internets. Where most of you spend countless hours during the week. We get paid to sit in front of the computer and pretend to do work, but really, we're finding out what Lindsay Lohan had for breakfast and googling awkward pictures of cats. Here's a toast (a blog toast because drinking is NOT allowed during work...) to all of you 40 hours a week craftsmen. Because let's be honest, we are all craftsmen. Cashews

Today I learned all about the harvesting process of a cashew. Stick with me, it's interesting: Cashews come from from a fruit called the 'cashew apple' and at a certain stage of its existence, the cashew inside the apple is actually poisonous to consume before it becomes edible. The fruit of the cashew apple is edible but its hard to transport because the skin is fragile. In Latin Countries, a fruit drink is made from the cashew apple that is supposed to be quite enjoyable.
